I was commissioned by Motherland to concept visual treatments for a pilot VH1 show called "Viral Videos". The show was to have a comedic host who would take viewers through YouTube clips and other online videos. VH1 requested treatments that were graphic and quirky. We were asked also to come up with unique ways to bring the video clips into the scene.

The first concept I proposed takes place in a surreal and colorful factory setting. The clips would come on screen on a conveyor belt in old-school tv's. The host would stop the belt as the camera pushes into the selected clip.

The second concept is based on the somewhat obscure '80's movie The Gods Are Crazy. In that movie, a Coke bottle falls out of the sky and the natives believe it came from the gods. In this adaptation, the Coke bottle would fall out of the sky and it would have a message inside with a code written on it. As the host makes comedic commentary, he would enter a hut, which would contain a Flinstone's-esque "computer" and "screen". He would type in the code and the clip would play.
